Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Demand Planner – Fragrance role based in Bogotá, D.C., with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Demand Planner will be responsible for forecasting fragrance demand across channels and markets, collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with brand and category strategies.



Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and product launches to build and maintain demand plans and inventory targets. The role involves monitoring forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing adjustments to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. The Demand Planner will also prepare regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, support S&OP; processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and processes within the fragrance category.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large data sets, demand forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Proficiency with planning and reporting tools such as Excel, spreadsheets, and ERP or demand planning systems.
