Position Title: Senior IAM Specialist
Location: LATAM
What you will be doing:
This role provisions, modifies, and removes user access in accordance with established procedures, service expectations, and compliance requirements. Success in this position requires strong spreadsheet and data management skills, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Required Skills & Experience




5 + years of experience in access management, user administration, Service Desk, application support, or a related IT operations role.
Experience with managing processes(investigation, proactiveness, change management)
Exposure to data analytics to understand reports, graphics, etc.
Experience with documentation versioning, changes and administration.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Ability to organize and finish projects with complex requirements.
Experience using Smartsheet or similar workflow, tracking, or reporting tools strongly preferred.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, Okta, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of detailed work accurately.
