Property Manager

Salary Range: $1,213 to $1,560 per month

Join a growing property management company overseeing approximately 150 units and play a key role in keeping essential financial and administrative workflows accurate and organized. Take ownership of recurring transaction tracking, subsidy payments, lease administration, and tenant follow-ups while helping leadership maintain smooth operations and focus on continued growth.

What You'll Do:
- Review bank transactions regularly and accurately record them in the property management system (Rent Manager) under the correct property, ledger, and expense category, keeping records current to avoid transaction backlogs.
- Review housing subsidy portals each month, enter payments for the correct tenants and properties, and verify tenant ledgers are accurate.
- Manage lease renewals, including generating and sending leases, following up for signatures, updating rent amounts, and uploading completed documentation.
- Prepare tenant assistance documentation, including ledgers, arrears information, and supporting records,



and follow assigned cases through resolution.
- Make occasional outbound calls to tenants for signatures, documents, or other outstanding matters, and handle routine issues independently.
- Take ownership of assigned work and follow responsibilities through to completion without repeated reminders or step-by-step supervision.
- Take on additional recurring property management responsibilities after mastering the primary duties.
