About The Role
We are looking for a
Project Manager
to support the Sales and Operations teams throughout the full lifecycle of customer transactions, from quotation and order creation through fulfillment and post-sales support.
This role combines
sales support, order coordination, ERP/CRM administration, vendor and purchasing coordination, and customer service
. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Support
- Gather costs from vendors and price lists.
- Confirm product and service availability.
- Prepare, build, and update quotes in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives on costing and proposals.
Order Coordination
- Create and maintain Sales Orders (SOs) in NetSuite.
- Prepare and coordinate Change Orders (COs).
- Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure products and services are procured on time.
- Coordinate order fulfillment timelines with internal teams.
- Communicate fulfillment details, updates, and
