Position Summary
The
Technical Product Analyst will be the bridge between our users, technology, and product teams. This role focuses on analyzing and organizing bug reports and product feedback, then turning those insights into clear, actionable tickets for engineering. Beyond triage, this person serves as the technical proxy between IT and development for field and customer issues, supports our product managers on recurring analysis and project work, and acts as Scrum Master for the product team

You’ll help us identify patterns, inform priority, and improve the reliability and usability of the project's digital products — from our website and mobile app to internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, triage, and validate
bug reports
and user feedback from multiple channels (customer support, QA, analytics, etc.)
- Reproduce and document issues with precision and clarity
- Write detailed
tickets
for engineering with steps to reproduce,
supporting details (screenshots, logs, etc.) and clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to
prioritize and track
fixes
- Act as the technical proxy between IT and development on field and customer-facing issues — translating operational problems into technical terms, driving them to resolution, and closing the loop with the field
- Proactively suggest more robust or scalable solutions based on comprehensive understanding of reported issues and how our underlying systems work
- Support product managers with recurring analysis, data pulls, validation, and testing, and own smaller projects end to end
- Serve as Scrum Master for the product team — facilitate sprint ceremonies, maintain the board, remove blockers, and hold the team to its process
- Support sprint planning and product backlog grooming by ensuring all bug tickets are well-documented and ready for development
