Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Strategic Account Director to lead the expansion of existing business relationships and increase Storyteq’s market reach. This role is focused on nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities within current accounts, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. The idóneo candidate will possess a deep understanding of client needs, a passion for delivering innovative solutions, and a proven track record in account growth and strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, tailoring Storyteq’s solutions to meet their needs.
- Continuously assess the value delivered to clients, identifying opportunities to further drive success and deepen partnerships.

2. Business Expansion
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities for account growth,



including upselling, cross-selling, and increasing contract value.
- Lead conversations with senior client stakeholders to identify new areas for collaboration, driving expansion across different business units or geographies
- Work with clients to align Storyteq’s capabilities with evolving marketing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future trends.

3. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals, leveraging Storyteq’s technology and services to create high-impact solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for existing clients, from opportunity identification to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery and the realisation of client expectations.
