The Role:
We’re seeking an Inbound Sales / Client Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is designed for a consultative, relationship-driven professional who can build trust, guide meaningful conversations, and help potential clients confidently take the next step in their care journey.
You'll play a key role in converting inbound inquiries into scheduled evaluations by leading discovery calls, handling objections, managing follow-ups, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction.
Location:
Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, client intake, customer service, appointment setting, or other customer-facing roles. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or fitness is a plus.
