Remote Appointment Scheduler – Latin America

Bell Empire Media & Events is seeking a warm, confident, and results-driven Appointment Scheduler based in Latin America. You will contact U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers from prospect lists provided by our company and schedule qualified sales meetings for our marketing, advertising, sponsorship, and vendor opportunities.

This is a remote, performance-focused position offering a $75 USD guaranteed weekly base, plus bonuses for appointments that result in closed business.

Our marketing solutions include print and digital advertising, Google and Facebook advertising, SEO and online business management, AI-built websites, and integrated multi-channel marketing packages.

We also produce and promote:

- Bourbon & Bubbles
- Trunk or Treat Shop & Eat
- Seabrook Seafood Festival
- Kemah Wine & Food Festival

These events provide businesses with sponsorship, vendor, advertising, and promotional opportunities.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is to schedule qualified appointments with business owners and authorized decision-makers.

We provide the prospect lists, training, and calling script. You do not need to find your own leads.

Responsibilities include:

- Make outbound calls to company-provided prospects
- Schedule qualified appointments on our sales calendar
- Maintain a performance goal of 10 qualified appointments per week
- Follow our script while maintaining a natural conversation




- Handle basic questions and objections professionally
- Record calls, notes, and appointments in OnePageCRM
- Review and confirm scheduled appointments Monday through Friday
- Make reasonable efforts to replace appointments that cancel

Approximately 30–40 calls per day may typically be needed to generate around two qualified appointments. Strong performers may reach their weekly quota in fewer calling days.

Even after reaching the weekly goal, you will remain responsible for appointment confirmations Monday through Friday at approximately 9:30 a.m. U.S. Central Time.

You will not be penalized if a properly qualified and confirmed prospect ultimately fails to attend their meeting.

Compensation

$75 USD guaranteed weekly base

Performance expectation: 10 qualified appointments booked per week

Plus:

$25 USD bonus for every appointment that results in a closed, paying client.

The weekly base covers calling, scheduling, CRM documentation, follow-up, and appointment confirmation. Consistent inability to meet the weekly performance expectation may result in coaching, performance review, or termination of the working relationship.

Who We're Looking For

Exceptional spoken English is required. Candidates should have fluent or near-native English, clear pronunciation,



excellent listening comprehension, and the confidence to communicate naturally with American business owners.

You should also have:

- Previous outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales experience
- A warm, friendly, and confident telephone presence
- Ability to follow a script without sounding scripted
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Reliable computer, internet, headset, and quiet workspace
- Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours
- Availability Monday–Friday for morning appointment confirmations
- CRM experience is preferred

Training

We provide training on our company, publications, events, marketing services, calling script, objection handling, appointment qualification, and OnePageCRM.

Your focus is simple: we provide the prospects; you create qualified conversations and put them on our calendar.
