You’ll get to:Serve as a Financial Business Partner to multiple Strategic Sourcing category teams, accounting for ~$1B in annual spend.Provide support for weekly and monthly reporting, monthly forecasting, audit reporting and spend analysis.Support Strategic Sourcing Events by providing comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations to inform objective decision-making aligned with category strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execute category strategy.Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, improve internal efficiencies, and facilitate achievement of business targets across the Indirect / sourcing organization.Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators to inform decision-making, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.Leverage your financial expertise to evaluate macro-economic trends and understand their contribution to the overall financial health of the organization.Provide ad hoc support on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals, as requested.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
