We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to contribute to a full-stack trading solution within an enterprise banking environment. You will combine strong Java and SQL fundamentals with hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools, helping deliver reliable features while improving how engineering workflows use emerging AI capabilities.

Required for this role

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack Java development.
- Strong backend development skills and solid SQL expertise.
- Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework and AWS.
- Ability to work independently on full-stack coding tasks and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Effective knowledge of the SDLC and experience applying it in software development.
- Early hands-on experience with and strong interest in emerging AI code tools and AI-assisted software development.
- Proven experience with prompt engineering and context engineering for software development use cases.
- Experience evaluating and validating AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Upper-intermediate to expert English communication skills, with confidence collaborating in real time with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

- Execute full-stack coding tasks independently and deliver features on time with a strong focus on quality.
- Develop and maintain software within an enterprise banking environment.




- Apply effective SDLC practices when working through complex development tasks and requirements.
- Build and optimize development workflows using AI harness primitives, including instructions, prompts and commands, skills, subagents, hooks, MCP, and CLI tooling.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering and context engineering techniques tailored to software development use cases.
- Evaluate and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, strict security compliance, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully while maintaining strong engineering judgment and ownership of technical outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in English to clarify needs and support effective delivery.
