? We’re Hiring: Senior Infrastructure Manager

? Location: ON SITE - Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, Peru

PrismHR is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of infrastructure engineers responsible for supporting, scaling, and modernizing critical application services across both legacy and next-generation technology environments.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 infrastructure engineers across multiple technical disciplines.
- Drive cloud initiatives including assessments, solution design, workload migrations, and Azure implementations.
- Lead infrastructure projects and ensure critical milestones and deliverables stay on track.
- Partner closely with Development, Architecture, Program Management, and other Product Delivery teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application and infrastructure tiers.
- Champion automation, operational efficiency, process improvements, and service quality.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure, server, network, and configuration documentation.
- Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
- Partner with hosting providers, managed service providers, and technology vendors.
- Contribute to capacity planning, infrastructure architecture, and technology roadmaps.
- Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and on-call support when required.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of infrastructure and production application support experience, including 5+ years in leadership or management.




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and complex cloud environments.
- Experience with Azure migrations, automation, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure subscription/tenant management.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong scripting capabilities across Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of VMware, data center infrastructure, networking, and physical/logical security.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and the broader Microsoft technology ecosystem.
- Design-level understanding of SaaS operating platforms.
- Experience with SOC 1, SOC 2, SSAE-16, or similar compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, research, mentoring, and customer service skills.
- A passion for continuous learning, technology innovation, and operational excellence.
