Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring all Remote Care patients
- Responding to Telehealth calls
- Verifying patient eligibility
- Performing medical scribing
- Assisting with the completion of minimum of 50 patients’ charts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Registered Nursing License
- B1 or B2 English level
- Can speak in Spanish
- Strong experience in patient care and medication administration
- Proficient in TRIAGE, SOAP notes, and Super Bills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Must have a laptop (iCore 5 or higher), 6GB RAM, and 25mbps internet speed (with backup internet connection)
- Noise-cancelling headset required

Work Set-up: Permanent Work from Home (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $5.5 to $6 hourly salary (Paid every 15th and 30th)

Training: Paid 3-month probationary period
