Recruiter (Indeed Experience) – 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join and support a U.S.-based recruiting team. The company currently has approximately 100 open positions and is looking for someone who can efficiently source, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

About the Role

You’ll join a recruiting team of approximately 30 professionals in the U.S. and support a high volume of active job openings. The primary hiring focus will be light industrial positions, including assemblers, tow motor operators, welders, material handlers, and similar roles. Strong hands-on experience with Indeed and excellent English communication are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates for multiple active job openings.
- Recruit primarily for light industrial positions such as assemblers, tow motor operators, welders, and material handlers.
- Use Indeed to search for candidates, review applications, post jobs, and conduct proactive outreach.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess experience, availability, and overall fit.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and recurring hiring needs.
- Manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
- Coordinate interviews and next steps with candidates and the U.S.-based recruiting team.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
- Meet recruiting goals and candidate delivery expectations in a high-volume environment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staffing Recruiter,



or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience using Indeed for recruiting and candidate sourcing.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, skilled trades, or similar positions is preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to proactively identify candidates instead of relying exclusively on inbound applications.
- Ability to manage a high volume of open positions and candidates.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English is required.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based candidates and team members.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Do NOT Apply If

- You do not have previous recruiting experience.
- You do not have hands-on experience using Indeed for recruitment.
- You are uncomfortable with high-volume recruiting.
- You struggle to manage multiple positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- You rely exclusively on inbound applications and have no proactive sourcing experience.
- You are not comfortable communicating professionally in English.
- You require constant supervision to manage your recruiting pipeline and follow-ups.
