Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Valid U.S. identification (passport or driver's license).
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required.
- Experience working with Purchase Orders (POs) and order management processes.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities (Key Activities)

- Request and follow up on required PO corrections prior to acceptance.




- Accept and update PO status in systems while maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with order execution, customer-facing teams, sales, and contract teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training activities related to processes, tools, and system updates.

Required Languages

- English – Advanced Conversational (Mandatory). Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
