At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading projects for retail clients within advertising agencies, digital marketing, production, or service-based environments.

The mission of this role is to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. This person will serve as the primary point of contact between local stakeholders, clients, and global teams, driving collaboration, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English are required.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, technology, data, and operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project status meetings, align priorities,



and communicate progress to local and general teams.
- Ensure effective workload management and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Drive process improvements and promote operational excellence within project workflows.
- Support the successful execution of retail marketing, digital, and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within advertising agencies, digital marketing, production, or service-based environments.
- Proven experience managing projects for retail clients.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
