Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory : Partner with enterprise leaders to define AI strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes.
- Agent Development Lifecycle : Lead scoping, design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous optimization of AI agents.
- Workflow & Architecture Design : Map customer problems into agentic workflows and technical specifications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Production Iteration : Monitor live agents, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements.




- Innovation Opportunities : Identify product gaps and feed insights back to engineering teams.

Must-have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, agent development, or enterprise consulting .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
- English level: C1 Advanced .
- Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, agent architecture, and enterprise system integration .
- Strong consulting background with ability to advise executives and manage complex projects.
- Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Nice-to-have
- AI Tooling Proficiency : Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience deploying multi-agent workflows in production.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and monitoring tools .
- Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Telecom .
