We are looking for an experienced bilingual Medicare Appointment Setter to support outbound appointment setting and lead qualification for a U.S.-based Medicare business. This role requires previous hands-on experience setting Medicare appointments, strong outbound calling skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to Medicare prospects, following a defined introduction script, qualifying leads, and scheduling face-to-face appointments. Your goal will be to ensure that appointments are properly qualified and that prospects have the necessary information available before meeting with the Medicare representative. You’ll also confirm appointments on the scheduled day to help improve show rates.
The role will follow California/Pacific Time and use GoHighLevel (GHL) for lead and appointment management.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Medicare prospects.
- Follow the provided Medicare call introduction and appointment-setting script.
- Qualify prospects before scheduling appointments.
- Verify required prospect information and ensure qualification criteria are met.
- Schedule qualified prospects for face-to-face Medicare appointments.
- Clearly explain what information or documentation prospects should have available for their appointment.
- Confirm appointments on the scheduled day and verify that prospects will be available.
- Follow up consistently with prospects when needed.
- Update lead information, appointment status, notes, and follow-up activities in GoHighLevel.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled appointments.
- Communicate professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking prospects.
- Focus on booking qualified appointments rather than simply maximizing appointment volume.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience with Medicare appointment setting is required.
- Previous experience making outbound calls for Medicare leads.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong appointment-setting and lead qualification skills.
- Comfortable following Medicare-specific scripts and qualification processes.
- Experience verifying prospect information before scheduling appointments.
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience confirming appointments and maintaining consistent prospect follow-up.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Availability to work according to California/Pacific Time.
