About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Finance & Accounting Operations to lead and oversee our Finance & Accounting processes in a fast-paced shared services environment. The adecuado candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive F&A; knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall Finance & Accounting operations and oversee day-to-day service delivery.
- Manage and support General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Handle client communications and manage escalations effectively.
- Develop, monitor, and report operational metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives to achieve measurable business results.
- Conduct quality audits and prepare periodic client reports.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement recommendations to improve controls and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor team productivity, SLA compliance, and quality performance indicators.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and operational reviews.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback to team members.




- Support employee development through training and process-related upskilling initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes and systems.
- Excellent understanding of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High customer service orientation and commitment to quality.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.

- Intermediate Excel skills required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.
- Previous experience managing teams within a BPO or Shared Services environment.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
