We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Government Proposal & Bid Analyst to support our Business Development team in identifying, researching, and evaluating government contracting opportunities across the United States.

This role is adecuado for professionals with early experience in government contracting, procurement, proposal support, bid coordination, or opportunity research who are interested in growing their careers within the U.S. public sector market.

Training on GovWin IQ may be provided to candidates with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Research federal, state, and local government contracting opportunities.
- Identify and qualify opportunities that align with company capabilities.
- Monitor procurement platforms and government websites for new solicitations.
- Support opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
- Conduct research on government agencies, incumbent contractors, and contract awards.
- Prepare summaries and findings for the Business Development team.
- Assist with proposal preparation, administrative documents, and capability statements.
- Support bid/no-bid evaluations.




- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Help improve search strategies and opportunity identification processes.

Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas Government contracting, Procurement, Proposal support, Bid coordination, Business development support, Opportunity research
- Experience researching government opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, or public-sector procurement processes.
- Familiarity with U.S. government contracting environments is highly preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (C1-C2).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, FPDS, USASpending.gov, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting proposals, bids, or procurement projects.
- Experience maintaining databases, CRMs, or opportunity pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Important Requirement

Candidates must have exposure to or experience supporting U.S. government contracting, proposal development, procurement, or bid-related activities.
