? Underwriting Specialist
? Location: Barranquilla & Bogotá only
? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
? On-Site | Full-Time
✅ What You'll Do
? Manage the RFP process with insurance carriers.
? Gather census, claims, and benefits data.
? Prepare client presentations and cost analysis reports.
? Coordinate with clients and insurance providers.
? Build strong relationships with carrier representatives.
? Requirements
✅ 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits or a related field (mandatory).
✅ Experience with the RFP process.
✅ Census Data experience must be clearly listed on the CV.
✅ Strong English communication skills (C1)
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
⭐ PEO experience is a plus.
? Only candidates located in Barranquilla or Bogotá will be considered.
