At Domani , we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations within the U.S. Life Insurance industry and ensure processes run efficiently from start to finish.

This is a key operational role . We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement .

What will you be doing?

- Manage and oversee daily operational processes within the U.S. Life Insurance business .
- Coordinate and manage contracts, insurance carriers, and administrative processes .
- Create, document, and standardize SOPs, workflows, and operational procedures .
- Coordinate with insurance companies, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor processes, deadlines, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability .
- Establish systems and workflows that bring structure, visibility, and accountability to operations.
- Develop training materials and processes for new team members.
- Lead onboarding and training , ensuring teams understand internal procedures and operational standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve team performance.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in the U.S.



Life Insurance industry .
- Strong experience in operations, process management, or business administration .
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability .
- Proactive mindset — you identify problems and solve them before they become bigger issues.
- Experience working with contracts, insurance carriers, and operational documentation .
- Ability to create and implement processes, SOPs, and workflows from the ground up.
- Experience training, onboarding, and supporting teams .
- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working independently.
- Process-driven: you enjoy systems, checklists, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English .
