We're looking for an experienced FP&A; Manager to help shape the financial strategy of a growing international organization. What You'll Do

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop financial models and profitability analyses.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and performance metrics.
- Partner directly with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
- Drive process improvements through automation and business intelligence tools.

What We're Looking For

- Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.




- 7-10 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Planning, Finance, or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience working in multinational organizations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business partnering skills.
