As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the friendly and informed voice behind every interaction, helping sponsors and beneficiaries stay connected and supported.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with sponsors and partners via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer questions about the sponsorship program, donation process, and general inquiries.
- Provide timely and thoughtful support that reflects your commitment to every person.
- Collaborate with other teams (local and international)



to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution of cases.
- Manage and update information across digital platforms and databases.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social outreach, or relevant roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Spanish.
- Empathy, patience, and active listening are essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a detail-oriented environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms.
