Job Summary

- Engage in executing advanced analytics initiatives, including RGM, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), alongside data management and Business Intelligence reporting.
- Analyze syndicated data and deploy new tools to enhance corporate profitability and performance.
- Partner in developing appropriate visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.
- Serve as an analytics translator for commercial teams, bridging the gap between market dynamics and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of the regional Analytics Plan by driving end-to-end data transformation, automation, and visualization processes using global IT tools like Snowflake and DOMO.
- Develop tailored data visualizations and analytics aligned with Colgate's requirements to enhance strategic decision-making and support growth scenarios.
- Contribute to the implementation of pricing and KPI decks to support the pricing strategy for Colgate Brands, and execute additional pricing analyses. This includes leveraging new functionalities such as calculating return on investment (ROI) and evaluating the performance of promotional packs, temporary price reductions, and other pricing activities.




- Support the optimization of marketing investments by participating in advanced analytics marketing mix modeling for core categories, including managing data extractions and data validation processes.
- Support the preparation of main business review presentations, by helping to understand trends in consumer behavior and their connection with category performance.
- Responsible for syndicated data quality control, managing the implementation of new segmentations and enhancements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience in insights, marketing, or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced SQL capabilities
- High intermediate or advanced level of English
- Robust analytical skills paired with a meticulous focus on detail and precision
- Highly organized, efficient, and dependable
- Strong competence in planning and setting priorities
- Collaborative, teamwork-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Python and data science is considered a plus
- Inquisitive and creative mindset
