Compliance Clerk

Modality: Remote (Home Office)

Pay: $1,300 USD per month

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

About the Role

As a Compliance Clerk, you will serve as a key quality-control filter for case documents. Your responsibility will be to ensure that every document is accurate, complete, consistent, and properly written before the case moves forward.

Responsibilities

- Review forms, letters, declarations, briefs, and supporting documents.
- Compare information across documents to identify inconsistencies or contradictions.
- Detect missing information, documentation errors, and pending items.
- Proofread documents in English and Spanish for grammar, clarity, and accuracy.




- Confirm that case files meet internal quality standards.
- Clearly document findings and request corrections when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.

Mandatory Requirements

- Completed bachelor’s degree in Law or Political Science.
- English proficiency at the C1 level. B2 is not sufficient for this position.
- Excellent English reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect small errors.
- Experience reviewing documents, case files, or quality and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- Full-time availability during Pacific Time business hours.
- Reliable Home Office setup.

English proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process, with particular emphasis on reading comprehension, proofreading, and written communication.

- Intel i5 10th generation or newer, Intel i7 6th generation or newer, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
- Stable internet connection suitable for video calls and daily remote work
