Job Title: Backend Developer (.NET / AWS)

About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining server-side applications using .NET and AWS. You'll be responsible for developing robust APIs, optimizing database performance, and supporting cloud-based deployments. This is an adecuado role for a developer ready to deepen their backend expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and indexes to ensure efficient data access and performance.
- Deploy, configure, and monitor applications using AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the backend stack, from application logic to database and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices for clean, maintainable code.
- Support and improve existing systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

What You Bring





- 1–2 years of professional experience in backend development with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API).
- Solid working knowledge of SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, joins, and performance tuning.
- Basic to intermediate experience with AWS cloud services for hosting, storage, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and authentication/authorization patterns.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- B2 English level or above is required. The role involves regular communication with international teams and English-speaking stakeholders.

Nice to Have

- Experience with .NET 6, 7, or 8.
- Exposure to IIS, Windows Server, or CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodeDeploy).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) or caching tools (Redis).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
