Role: AI Specialist

Priority Location: Worldwide (LatAm, Philippines, South Africa)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 15hrs/week, aligned with US business hours

About the Role: Our organization operates a legal documentation preparation line of business. The legacy document automation software currently in use, HotDocs, is being decommissioned. We are seeking a qualified A.I. Specialist to modernize and reconstruct this software architecture and operational workflow utilizing modern artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Workflow Migration: Replace our legacy HotDocs system with a modern, AI-powered documentation workflow.
- System Design: Build and manage a secure, automated framework for our legal documents.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools (like LLMs) to streamline how we generate documents and manage data.
- Process Improvement: Identify and quickly automate high-impact tasks to save time and improve efficiency.




- Tool Connectivity: Connect our existing software (CRMs, email, help desks) to ensure a smooth flow of data.
- AI Management: Create and refine AI prompts to ensure our document drafting is accurate and reliable.
- Maintenance: Keep our automated systems running smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Requirements:
- Real experience building automations, low-code or otherwise
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to automate presente work, not just experiment with them
- Good prompt-writing skills, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't
- Comfortable connecting tools and working with APIs at a practical level
- Familiar with common CRMs, help desks, and email platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Gmail, and Outlook
- Able to spot the quick wins first and work through them in order of impact
- A strong communicator who can work independently and manage their own time
