Admissions Counselor – Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up with prospective students.
- Schedule and conduct admissions interviews, providing clear and detailed explanations of the CDL program.
- Present the benefits of our program and highlight what sets us apart from competitors.
- Qualify applicants in line with state, federal, and institutional policies.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring candidates feel supported throughout the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records and track performance metrics.
- Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

- Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer navigation and typing proficiency.
- 6–12 months of proven sales experience.
- Background in call center or contact center operations preferred.




- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to contribute to team success.
