Main Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for different roles.
Post job openings on employment boards and professional networks.
Conduct active searches, screen resumes, and hold pre-selection interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring leaders and follow up with candidates.
Manage and update information in the ATS and Human Resources systems.
Support hiring, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.
Handle employment documentation and employee records.
Provide support to co-workers and leaders in consultations related to HR policies and processes.
Prepare recruitment and human management reports and indicators.
Support well-being, performance, and organizational development initiatives.
Participate in projects and initiatives in the Human Resources area.
Requirements
Professional in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with an emphasis on recruitment and selection.
Knowledge of onboarding and staff management processes.
Experience with ATS and Human Resources systems (Workday,



SmartRecruiters, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).
Intermediate Excel skills.
Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate or advanced English.
Location: Carrera 19 # 95-20, Bogotá, Colombia
Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (on-site)
