We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team.
This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions, including month-end close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, account reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and capital expenditure tracking.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset additions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation calculations.Review and process capital expenditure (CapEx)



additions in accordance with company policies and accounting requirements.Prepare monthly fixed asset and balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Track and analyze CapEx budgets versus actual spending and provide variance analysis.Analyze financial statements and investigate significant fluctuations or variances.Ensure accounting records and responsible areas are complete and accurate in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Support internal and external audit requests and assist with the documentation required during audit processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting issues.Support FP&A; activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and vigente spend analysis.Perform other accounting-related tasks and assignments as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in accounting or related roles.Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and fixed asset accounting principles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
