This role is for someone who can confidently answer inbound inquiries, understand the owner's needs, explain our services, run professional demo calls on camera, handle objections, and close qualified property owners.You will be speaking with warm inbound leads - property owners who have already shown interest.
Your job is to build trust quickly, explain the value clearly, guide the owner through the next steps, and help them move forward with Royal York Property Management.After sign-up, you will help ensure the client experience stays organized and professional until the file is ready for the next stage.What You'll DoAnswer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in property management servicesQualify the owner's needs, property details, timeline, and level of urgencyExplain Royal York Property Management's services clearly and professionallyRun on-camera demo calls with prospective clientsPresent yourself professionally on video calls with property ownersBuild trust with owners and help them understand the value of professional property managementHandle objections related to pricing, service, timing, process, and trustClose qualified property owners and guide them through the next stepsFollow up consistently with owners who have not yet moved forwardMaintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, and lead status updatesManage multiple active leads and client conversations at the same timeIdentify stalled opportunities, missed follow-ups, owner concerns,



and delaysCoordinate internally to support a smooth client experienceEscalate issues early when needed and protect the client experience through strong judgmentRequirementsBachelor's degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound sales, consultative sales, inside sales, account executive, client acquisition, or high-ticket service salesProven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or through video/demo callsComfortable being on camera while running professional demo calls with clientsStrong English communication skills, both spoken and writtenExperience working full-time in a professional remote environmentStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners, property owners, business owners, or high-value prospectsExperience running demos, presentations, consultations, or structured sales callsStrong objection-handling ability and confidence asking for the closeAbility to explain services clearly and make the client feel comfortable moving forwardHigh follow-up discipline and comfort working inside a structured CRM workflowStrong organization, task management, and documentation habitsAbility to manage multiple leads and active conversations at the same timeCalm, professional, and persuasive under pressureNice-to-HaveSaaS, software sales, insurance sales, mortgage/lending, home services, financial services, B2B services, or high-ticket call center sales experienceReal estate, leasing, property management, or housing-related experienceExperience selling services to homeowners, property owners, investors, landlords, or business ownersExperience managing a client from first conversation through onboarding or handoffExperience in high-volume, SLA-driven, operations-heavy, or service-based environmentsComfort using AI/tools to improve notes, follow-ups, summaries, and internal efficiencyRemote Tech RequirementsDual monitor setupComputer with 16GB RAM minimum100+ Mbps reliable internet speedWebcamNoise-cancelling headsetProfessional, quiet remote workspace suitable for on-camera demo callsCompensationThis role offers base pay plus commissions.Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
