We are looking for a talented and adaptable Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Americas Talent Acquisition team.Clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ's data and insights to innovate and grow, and attracting the right talent is critical to our success.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.The adecuado candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with agility, curiosity, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You will help shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, use data to guide decisions, and explore how technology and AI can improve recruitment.If you enjoy identifying great talent, partnering with business leaders, and helping a growth-oriented company build high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and long-term talent prioritiesProvide consultative advice on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, market conditions, sourcing approaches, and selection decisionsDevelop tailored recruiting strategies for both high-volume and specialized rolesAdapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and shifting talent marketsProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing methodsConduct candidate screenings and structured interviews, and provide clear, well-supported recommendationsChampion an outstanding candidate experience through timely, transparent, and respectful communicationUse recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring practices and influence stakeholder decisionsMaintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the Applicant Tracking SystemStay current on talent trends, recruiting best practices, and developments across the Latin American marketExplore how new tools, automation, technology, and AI can improve sourcing,
assessment, efficiency, and candidate engagementSupport employer-branding initiatives and represent NielsenIQ at talent and networking eventsQualificationsAt least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experienceAdvanced English proficiencyDemonstrated experience recruiting commercial or sales talent within SaaS, technology, or insights organizationsExperience recruiting across Latin America.
