Architecture and Scalability: A proven track record of leading the transition and evolution from monolithic architectures to microservices, distributed systems, event‐driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and multi‐cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Technical Governance and Standards: Experience defining technology guidelines,
