C.H. Robinson is looking for a Global Forwarding Coordinator to support the smooth movement of international shipments and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on our global forwarding operations by ensuring shipment information is accurate, processes are completed on time, and customers stay informed throughout the transportation journey.
As a Global Forwarding Coordinator, you will coordinate shipment activities, maintain transportation and customer data, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and support day‐to‐day operational execution.
You will develop foundational logistics and supply chain expertise while contributing to service excellence and operational efficiency in a fast‐paced global environment.

etc.Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipmentsProvide support and backup for the delivery and turnoversPerform load‐auditsProvide reporting and documentation collection support to global forwarding personnel and ensure customer data integrityEnsure adherence to customer SOPs, government agency regulations, and C.H. Robinson company standardsOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired: High school diploma or GEDFluent in SpanishIntermediate English (written and verbal)Preferred: Minimum 2 years of previous working experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsAbility to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐driven office environmentExcellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquetteAbility to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracyValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentProtect Yourself from FraudAt C.H.
