You'll work with clients toresolve disputes, ensure timely payments, identify process gaps, and support ourcommitment to delivering superior customer experience while embracing innovation andResponsibilitiesAnalyze ageing reports and initiate collection calls to customers with overdue balances to organize payments.Make collection calls to key account customers,
investigate and resolve billing or due date issues in accounts with overdue payments.Resolve customer complaints and investigate discrepancies in accounts; analyze accounts receivable data for clients.Forecast cash collections, evaluate and elevate issues to the appropriate contacts.Perform reconciliations, reduce account aging, and establish clear and concise communications; participate in client account information presentations.Maintain records of calls and expected payment dates.Manage portfolio performance and collection processes.Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to establish payment plans with customers.Engage in daily interactions with clients, including follow-up when expected payments have not been received, and assist in resolving billing issues.Prepare KPI and metric analyses, explaining variations in portfolio performance.Responsible for answering client inquiries and providing any required additional details.Minimum QualificationsPrevious experience in collections or similar areas(finance)Bachelor's degree or equivalent (currently pursuing or completing).
