- Order Management: Entry and follow-up of Foodservice client orders in our proprietary system.
- Demand Forecasting: Building and updating the 52-week forecast by SKU and by client.
- Purchase Orders: Placing production orders by cross-referencing forecast, confirmed orders, inventory and dates.
- Inventory & Availability: Tracking inventory, turnover, expiration and availability to meet commitments.
- Communication & Coordination: English and Spanish communication with clients and teammates across Production, Logistics, Sales and Finance.
- Analysis & Problem-Solving: Spotting risks early and building alternatives to resolve them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Advanced English & Spanish: Effective written and verbal communication in both.
- Intermediate Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and conditional formulas.
- Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Rigor in data entry and follow-up.
- Autonomy & Ownership: Managing your own work and meeting commitments in real time.




- Communication & Coordination: You build trust and relate clearly with others.

No prior experience required - you'll be trained on our proprietary system during onboarding.

A background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, or International Business is a plus, not required.
