Role Overview:

Partner Sales Operations helps Genesys scale its partner ecosystem across Latin America through actionable insights, strong operating discipline, and effective collaboration. As Partner Sales Operations Analyst, LATAM, you will partner with regional leaders to strengthen forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, and partner execution across resellers, distributors, hyperscalers, and system integrators.





You will turn complex data into clear recommendations that support executive decisions and improve partner productivity. At Genesys, we use AI-powered experience orchestration to help organizations create more personalized customer and employee experiences, giving you exposure to regional strategy, senior leadership, and general partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a consistent Partner Sales operating cadence across LATAM, strengthening forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, deal reviews, and account planning to improve visibility and execution.
- Develop standardized KPIs, performance benchmarks, dashboards, and diagnostic analytics that provide actionable insight into partner performance and business health.
- Translate complex partner and sales data into clear recommendations that support strategic decisions, QBRs, weekly operating meetings, and executive reviews.
