Role Description The Owner role at Solvo General is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogota, D.C. This role is responsible for setting the strategic vision of the company, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and client needs. The Owner leads organizational planning, manages key stakeholder relationships, and guides teams in delivering high-quality nearshore talent and AI-enabled solutions. Daily activities include monitoring performance metrics, making data-informed decisions, directing budget and resource allocation, and promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Owner also represents the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and industry events, maintaining Solvo Global’s reputation for excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within staffing, outsourcing, or technology-driven services.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management capabilities,



including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and build inclusive, high-performing work cultures.
- Experience working with or overseeing nearshore or remote workforce solutions, preferably in multiple industry verticals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at an executive level.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, digital platforms, and technology-enabled productivity solutions, with an interest in innovation and process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a focus on measurable results and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial but not required.
