We are seeking a Regulatory Lead / Non Foods to partner with our Buying team and ensure that regulatory requirements and Certificates of Conformity are obtained and maintained for non-food products sold in PriceSmart's marketplace.

What's unique about this job (What you'll do)
- Coordinate regulatory reviews, certifications, testing, and renewals for non-food products.
- Review vendor documentation and follow up on missing requirements.
- Advise Buyers and vendors on certification and testing requirements.
- Coordinate with laboratories, certification bodies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track certification status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)




- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, International Business, or related fields preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in International Trade.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Trade Compliance.
- Experience with Certificates of Conformity; RETIE/RETILAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish - required.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AS400 experience is a plus.
