The Role

In this role, you will assist the Project Manager, Director and Executive throughout the entire project phase, including design, construction and completion of large-scale venue projects. You will be responsible for document control, communications and all administrative functions to support the project team.



Interact with Owners/Clients, Architects/Engineers and Subcontractors and project stakeholders in a professional and tactful manner on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

- Attend regularly scheduled project meetings
- Assist in organizing the project file system
- Assist in getting meetings scheduled with project team members
- Maintain minutes of relevant project related meetings
- Ensure the Construction Manager is implementing and maintaining its site logistics/utilization plans. Interface as necessary with adjacent and affected stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking open RFIs, Non-Conformance Logs and submittals to ensure that the design team is providing the timely information needed to advance
