The Budget Manager has full ownership of their accounts (billing, AR, WIP, etc.) They are the go-to person for all account questions and requests.
- You will establish a strong working relationship with Account, Production, and Business Affairs teams to successfully manage account finance needs
- You will learn to independently use our finance systems
- You will gain an expert understanding of client MSAs and SOWs terms and procedures
- You will act as a conduit of information between the finance department and internal teams
- You will become a resource for the agency and our clients by applying your knowledge of concepts and logistical execution of client finance, including WIP, A/R, expense & vendor invoice
- You will be versátil in your work, understanding that the needs of the agency can change at any time
- You will problem solve and share your knowledge with others

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting & finance experience - prior agency experience preferred




- Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Strong interest in learning agency business and culture—this is not a typical accounting role due to the creative nature of our work, and the field of advertising at large
- Ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and operate in a solutions-oriented mindset
