You will play a critical role in building and scaling systems that help companies detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats in real-time.

What You Will Be Doing?

As a Backend Developer at Lumu, you will have the unique opportunity to design, implement, and launch new threat detection algorithms that enhance our cybersecurity intelligence. You will be responsible for integrating these capabilities into our existing platform, ensuring seamless operation across current applications and legacy systems.

You will work closely with Product Management, Security Researchers, QA, CSM, and other teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional, high-performance software. Your work will involve developing large-scale distributed systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring software quality.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development. Outstanding candidates with less experience will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Python and best practices for scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Strong understanding of large-scale distributed system architecture and applications.
- Experience implementing testing platforms and writing unit tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced

- Proficiency in Python linters such as Pylint and Pytype, and using Python type hints for better code quality and maintainability.
