The role
We’re seeking an operational Vice President of General Managed Services to lead, scale, and elevate our globally distributed Managed Services team. You are a seasoned technical and operational leader who owns the MS function.
Combining client service excellence with commercial accountability, you will re-orchestrate our technology and delivery operations to maximize client impact. Crucially, The VP of Managed Services will look at managed services through a modern lens—knowing exactly how to extend CMS platforms with AI and Generative AI to drive next-gen automation for our clients. The role reports to the Global Managing Director of Program Delivery.
Candidates are required to be based in or near the Bogotá metro area for in-office attendance at a minimum of 2 days a week.
