ASSA ABLOY General Solutions in Hospitality is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage an assigned B2B portfolio, supporting the Order-to-Cash process and cash flow objectives.
You will contact customers, resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Billing.
English proficiency, strong AR knowledge, Excel and ERP skills, and a customer-focused, analytical mindset are essential for success.
