What would you do?
- Lead and coordinate multiple technology implementation projects across LATAM, ensuring they are delivered on time, with quality and according to agreed scope.
- Work closely with Deployment Specialists and Solutions Engineers to keep projects organized, identify risks, resolve blockers and ensure clear next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Engineering and Solutions, as well as technical and business stakeholders on the client side.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support clients from the initial implementation phase through testing and Go-Live, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success.
- Act as a key point of escalation when projects face challenges, helping teams find solutions and keep implementations moving forward.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively, even in high-pressure or complex situations.
- Contribute to improving project management processes, team organization and overall deployment performance.





Your experience has been shaped by
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation, Delivery or a similar role.
- Experience managing technology projects, ideally involving software, SaaS, e-commerce, retail or digital solutions.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations throughout a project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly with technical or technology-related teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- English proficiency.
