Key Qualifications:
- Languages: B2+ proficiency in both English and Spanish (85%+ oral and written).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in enablement, operations, or change management within a professional or enterprise environment.
- Skills: Exposure to product adoption metrics, user feedback collection, and cross-functional collaboration.
