Job Description
Visa Integral Services Inc. (VGSI) is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support onboarding, due diligence, investigations, monitoring,
and other compliance risk management activities for Visa Stablecoin Platform (VSP) and related digital asset initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings experience from a regulated financial institution, fintech, payments company, or cryptocurrency business and can effectively navigate ambiguity, evolving risk tolerances, and changing regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Due Diligence & Onboarding:
- Perform KYC, KYB, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening and customer due diligence reviews.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for higher-risk customers.
- Review corporate documentation, ownership structures, licensing information, and regulatory documentation.
- Identify and elevate potential compliance risks and concerns.
- Evaluate customer risk profiles and support onboarding recommendations.
Screening & Investigations
- Perform sanctions, watchlist, PEP, adverse media, and other screening reviews.
