Tech Lead – Performance Engineering & Platform Reliability

Position Summary

The Tech Lead is responsible for leading a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-performing, scalable, and reliable systems. This role provides technical leadership across software development, platform reliability, cloud-native architectures, observability, and performance engineering, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise, particularly in C#/.NET and Golang,



with experience designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams on system design, architecture, and development best practices.
- Define and validate technical solutions considering scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead technical decision-making and support the resolution of complex production and platform issues.
- Promote engineering excellence through clean code practices, design patterns, code reviews, and architectural standards.
- Drive the adoption of modern architectures, including microservices and cloud-native solutions.
