Sanofi Bogotá Hub seeks a People Services Senior Generalist – External Workforce (EWF) to manage the complete lifecycle of the external workforce and ensure high-quality service across systems. You will coordinate data, queries, and offboarding while aligning with GDPR and general standards.
The role requires hands-on HR operations experience, proficiency with Workday, SAP Fieldglass, and ServiceNow, and strong analytical and customer-service skills in English and Spanish.
