Build the software layer where AI does more than answer questions - it understands, decides, acts, processes orders, monitors outcomes, and hands off to humans when judgment is required.
The Opportunity
A hands-on, end-to-end role for a senior builder joining an AI-native product initiative. The technology direction and Technical Lead are already in place. We are looking for an engineer who can turn that architecture into reliable production systems and help shape how intelligent customer operations are built.
"Senior" here means engineering judgment and ownership, not years spent in agentic AI specifically - the field is too new for that.
What You Will Build
- Headless AI agents that execute operational workflows without requiring a traditional UI.
- Intelligent call-center experiences connecting voice, customer intent, business logic, order data, and human handoff.
- Agentic workflows that retrieve context, call tools/APIs, make bounded decisions, execute actions, validate results, and monitor completion.
- End-to-end full-stack applications across frontend, backend services, APIs, databases, event-driven workflows, and cloud deployment.
- Order processing, reconciliation, exception detection, status monitoring, escalation, and production AI controls.

What We Need
- 7+ years preferred; 5+ years minimum professional software engineering experience, with current hands-on engineering work.
